76

Total tracked keywords on the first page of Google across North America.

The main objective was not only to increase visits. The goal was to connect technical SEO, search-intent content, keyword discipline, and Generative Engine Optimization so the business could be discovered by both search engines and AI-driven answer systems.

Starting Point

Industrial B2B search is narrow, technical, and unforgiving.

Commercial Challenge

Heavy machinery buyers often search with highly specific technical terms, application language, and product-intent phrases. That makes broad content weak and unfocused. The strategy had to map real buyer vocabulary to pages that could support both human trust and machine interpretation.

Visibility Challenge

The business needed stronger visibility in classic Google results and in AI-mediated discovery, where citation quality, entity clarity, page structure, and topical authority can influence whether a brand is referenced by AI systems.

Keyword Ranking

Average position improved from 23.33 to 10.04.

Ranking Distribution

  • 42 tracked keywords reached the top 3 Google results.
  • 34 additional keywords reached the first page of Google.
  • 76 total tracked keywords ranked on the first page across North America.
  • Average position moved from 23.33 to 10.04 in the tracked Ubersuggest report.

Why It Matters

In industrial machinery, first-page rankings are not vanity metrics. They put the business in front of high-intent buyers, procurement teams, engineers, plant managers, and operations decision-makers while they are actively researching equipment.

Organic Growth

Google Search Console showed a clear lift after the system matured.

Search System

The growth came from combining page-level improvements, keyword mapping, content expansion, search-intent alignment, technical cleanup, and a stronger internal logic between product categories, use cases, and informational pages.

10-Month Outcome

From October 2025 to August 2026, organic traffic tripled. The Search Console trend shows the shift from inconsistent low-volume discovery toward sustained impressions and clicks.

GEO & AI Referral

AI exposure became a measurable growth channel.

Generative Engine Optimization

GEO work focused on making the business easier for AI systems to understand and cite: clearer entities, stronger page context, structured topic coverage, consistent product language, and content that answers real industrial buyer questions.

AI Referral Signal

Bing Webmaster data showed heavy growth in citations and cited pages, indicating that the business was gaining visibility inside AI-influenced discovery rather than depending only on traditional search clicks.

01Keyword Architecture

Mapped product, application, and buyer-intent keywords into a more disciplined ranking strategy.

02Content Expansion

Created and improved pages around industrial search intent, technical use cases, and buyer questions.

03Technical SEO

Improved page structure, crawl clarity, metadata, internal linking, and search-readiness signals.

04GEO Layer

Built clearer machine-readable context for AI answer systems and citation-driven discovery.

05Performance Monitoring

Tracked Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster, and Ubersuggest data to guide iteration.

06Commercial Alignment

Kept SEO work tied to high-intent industrial buyers instead of generic traffic growth.

A stronger organic and AI discovery engine for a North American industrial market.

In 10 months, the business tripled organic traffic, built heavy AI referral exposure, reached 42 top-3 Google keyword rankings, and placed 76 tracked keywords on the first page of Google across North America.
